250 sur les 775 agents déjà formés par la société « Encadrement Plus », dans la
prévention des violences en milieu scolaire, ont commencé à être déployés sur
le terrain, le mercredi 3 mars dernier. Les premiers bénéficiaires sont
naturellement les établissements sous tutelle de l’Eglise évangélique du Gabon
(EGG), avec qui, « encadrement plus » est en partenariat ».
Le déploiement des Agents rigoureusement formés par la Société « encadrement plus », dirigée par Emmanuel Mve Mba, pour prévenir et endiguer le phénomène de violences en milieu scolaire, dans sa première phase, a débuté par les lycées Nang Essono ; Evangélique d’Akébé ; Evangélique de Baraka ; Evangélique d’Owendo, les complexes scolaires de Melen et Baraka.
Soutenu par (l’UIS publique) ou l’Union internationale des services publics assimilés dans les pays de l’Afrique francophone, ce projet n’est pas l’apanage du Gabon. La mission de ces agents, est donc d’éradiquer le phénomène grandissant de violences en milieu scolaire, au sein des établissements relevant de l’enseignement privé protestant (EPP), pour cette première phase. La cause est noble, mais la tâche pas aisée. C’est pourquoi pour le premier mois dit de stage pratique, les équipes devront se relayer sur leurs différents sites d’affectation.
Le bien-fondé de cette action s’est traduit par l’accueil réservé à la délégation d’Emmanuel Mve Mba, le Directeur Général de la Société « Encadrement Plus », et Jean Faustin Mvone, le Directeur de l’Enseignement privé protestant. Saisissant la balle au bond, le numéro un de l’enseignement privé protestant, a exhorté les personnels desdits établissements, et le promus, à mutualiser leurs énergies, pour l’atteinte des objectifs communs. Il a par ailleurs précisé, qu’ « il s’agit de poser les jalons de l’Accord entre l’EEG et la société « Encadrement Plus” ».
Emmanuel Mve Mba le directeur général de la société « Encadrement Plus » a quant à lui, présenté la compétence de ces jeunes hommes et femmes : « C’est un corps d’encadrement qui a reçu des enseignements en matière de secourisme, dans le domaine psychologique », avant de rassurer l’opinion que l’opération de dispatching de ces agents couvrira l’ensemble des 9 provinces du Gabon : ceci, pour permettre à chaque apprenant sur le sol gabonais, d’étudier dans un environnement sécurisé, en vue des résultats scolaires satisfaisants.
Une initiative qui devrait avoir, les bonnes grâces du gouvernement.
