La 150ème fête du travail célébrée ce 1er mai sous forme d’une assemblée générale par la machine syndicale Dynamique Unitaire à son siège d’Awendjé. Jean Rémy Yama le Président, et la dizaine de syndicats membres de DU, ont sans tabous, exhumé les problèmes auxquels les travailleurs font face, avant de projeter des actions pour la protection des droits des travailleurs.
Loin de toute cacophonie des jours de fête, les membres de la centrale syndicale Dynamique Unitaire, se sont retrouvés pour célébrer les travailleurs, non par des tables garnies, mais par un échange, ayant pour base, les mésaventures du travailleur Gabonais depuis 2016, et la déchéance progressive des systèmes éducatif et de santé. Des difficultés pourtant annoncées comme une prophétie par DU : « toi agent public ou retraité, DU ne t’a-t-il pas prévenu depuis 2017 que des mesures d’austérité seront implacablement et incessamment appliquées à cause de la mauvaise gouvernance économique et financière du Gabon » ?
Dans le manifeste du 1er mai produit par Dynamique Unitaire et lu par son Président Jean Rémy Yama, une pile d’interrogations à l’endroit des travailleurs d’hier et d’aujourd’hui : « toi agent public ou retraité, as-tu déjà obtenu une régularisation de ta situation administrative et financière sans un affrontement radical avec le gouvernement » ?
Le forum de la Fonction Publique et ses résolutions en lieu et place de l’application de l’annulation des mesures d’austérité tel que décidé par la Cour constitutionnelle continuent de choquer ces travailleurs, invités à mettre un terme « à cette grosse farce de mauvais gout ». La Covid-19 et ses méandres ont provoqué la fermeture de plusieurs structures et donc, l’effondrement de l’économie. « DU est donc de retour, et compte se faire entendre pour le réveil de tous les travailleurs ».
