Hymne national exécuté, suivi d’une minute de silence en mémoire des défunts de la lutte syndicale et des acclamations de l’assemblée constituée en majorité des membres & sympathisants du SEENA, des représentants de la CONASYSED et de Dynamique Unitaire (DU) etc.
Plusieurs discours se sont succédés après l’allocution circonstancielle de Blaise Nkoghe Meye le Secrétaire Général par intérim. Les responsables des syndicats amis à l’exemple de Pulchérie Mateya de DU, Simon Ndong Edzo, Joël Nziengui, Léa Isabelle Ozoumey, Madame Yembi la déléguée Cona sysed Estuaire, le Dr Sylvie Mbot bref, la liste n’est pas exhaustive.
De toutes ces interventions, la lutte acharnée de Hassan Mombo pour l’amélioration des conditions de vie des travailleurs revenait à chaque fois avec sa célèbre phrase « seule la mort pourra me faire taire face aux injustices des travailleurs ». La culture syndicale, tout comme les questions liées à la formation ; l’épineuse préoccupation des montant des cotisations des membres figuraient aussi en bonne place.
En seconde heure, le cap avait été mis sur les travaux en commission en vue de statuer sur le futur mode de fonctionnement du SEENA. Ensuite, le vote par bulletins secrets opposant deux listes dont l’une conduite par Frédérick Loba absent aux assises et la seconde, par Blaise Nkoghe Meye. L’on a noté 30 inscrits, 1 bulletin nul et 29 suffrages exprimés. A l’issue du scrutin, la dernière cité a obtenu 29 voix soit un pourcentage de 100%, score faisant de lui, le nouveau secrétaire Général du SEENA sous un tonnerre d’applaudissement.
L’objectif premier de cette rencontre a été atteint, par l’élection par la base, du successeur de Louis Patrick devenu Hassan Mombo, le Général cinq étoile comme aimaient à l’appeler ses compagnons de lutte.
Pour l’heureux élu qui a remercié tous les électeurs pour la confiance placée en lui, le travail a déjà commencé : « Chers camarades, la concertation et la discipline doivent être notre démarche opératoire. Nous devons entretenir de bons rapports avec nos alliés de la CONASYSED. […] Le travail de terrain doit être l’affaire de tous, soyons disciplinés et cessons donc aussi avec l’absentéisme et d’autres faux prétextes d’absence aux réunions de bureau, si nous voulons atteindre les objectifs assignés », a martelé Blaise Nkoghe Meye.
La tombée de rideaux du premier congrès extraordinaire du SEENA a eu lieu le même jour autour de 19h30 minutes par une collation fraternelle dans une belle ambiance, signe de satisfaction totale.
