Avec 200 bénévoles formés en 2019, le Cabinet Maathuty Consulting, et ses partenaires pour cet événement que sont ERSUMA et Idéal Conseil entendent tout mettre en œuvre pour que par le biais du SAREDO, les opérateurs économiques qui exercent dans l’informel accèdent tous au statut légal de l’Entreprenant qui rappelons-le, est différent de celui du Commerçant.
Cinq étapes constitueront les temps forts de cette rencontre de Cotonou à savoir: « la foire d’exposition avec des stands institutionnels, entrepreneurs, sponsor et bien entendu, entreprenant; une conférence sur la diplomatie économique animée par son excellence l’ambassadeur Fodé Seck; un brunch des investisseurs avec les entreprises africaines leader de l’économie africaine et le représentant de plusieurs chambres de commerce d’Afrique; un séminaire de formation des greffiers, magistrats et autres fonctionnaires des administrations en charge de la question de l’entrepreneur; et des ateliers sur le statut de l’entrepreneur et la mise en place d’un cadre institutionnel de positionnement de l’entreprenant en qualité d’acteur majeur du dynamisme de la nouvelle économie africaine ».
Mais il convient de savoir qui peut peut aspirer au statut entreprenant: « ce sont toutes ces personnes là qui exercent une activité civile, professionnelle, artisanale, agricole ou commerciale ». Cette initiative africaine vient du Gabon selon Hyacinta Anicha ESSOUKOU la responsable du cabinet Maathuty Consulting « l’initiative est prise par rapport au statut de l’entreprenant, ces opérateurs économiques considérés comme les informels. C’est pour vulgariser ce statut, dire aux opérateurs économiques; aux institutions qu’il existe depuis mai 2011« .
Pour les entreprenants l’initiative est louable: « c’était un statut méconnu de tout le monde et aujourd’hui, on sait ce que c’est qu’un entreprenant, quelles sont les conditions à réunir pour être entreprenant et quels sont les avantages qu’on peut tirer en tant qu’entreprenant », a confié Inches Manik Stangel Milandou, un entreprenant confirmé.
