« la vision » d’Hugues Valaire LIYAMA MANGOMBIT, CN 3ème
DAN KIKKIWON qui a capté l’attention des futurs électeurs avec un projet
ambitieux et fédérateur.

« Qui veut aller loin ménage sa monture », cet adage aura fortement impacté l’équipe du dynamique Hugues Valaire LIYAMA MANGOMBIT, CN 3ème DAN KIKKIWON qui a mis à profit cette journée du 17 octobre pour présenter au public, son projet dénommé « la vision » définie ici comme « la dénomination du projet pour le développement du Taekwondo que nous proposons, en vue de la candidature à la tête de la ligue de Taekwondo de l’estuaire. Il y’a un malaise qui prévaut au niveau de la ligue de l’Estuaire, sauf ceux qui ne veulent pas voir ou n’en sont pas conscients. Le taekwondo aujourd’hui va mal et pour remédier à ces maux là, je me suis dit qu’au vue de l’expérience que j’ai, il était temps pour moi de prendre mes responsabilités et pouvoir apporter ma contribution à cette édifice qui est le Taekwondo national et à la ligue de l’Estuaire en particulier ».

Nous allons innover dans les pratiques, dans l’organisation des compétitions ; dans le suivi des clubs et des athlètes, que ce soit au niveau technique ou médical, mais aussi au niveau instructif car ce sont ces athlètes qui vont nous remplacer demain ». De nobles ambitions pour ce candidat à la tête de la ligue de taekwondo de l’Estuaire qui a déjà planifié sa première action s’il était élu : « mon premier acte sera une consultation populaire que j’organiserais ici. Je rencontrerais tous les responsables et athlètes du Taekwondo pour échanger avec eux, et prendre des décisions ensemble ». De quoi intéresser les électeurs, en plus des quatre axes de développement stratégique de la « vision », se résumant à organiser et structurer l’action du taekwondo au niveau de la ligue de l’Estuaire. L’élection du 24 octobre prochain est donc pleine d’enjeux, pour le développement de cet art martial.
