Et depuis 2015, ces personnes du troisième âge ne perçoivent qu’une prépension ce qui n’est pas sans conséquence : « dans leurs rangs, beaucoup sont malades et d’autres sont morts ».
Pierre Mintsa dans son franc-parler habituel, a dit ne reculer devant aucun obstacle, jusqu’à ce que le gouvernement tienne sa parole.
