Le CAPPE en visioconférence le 23 juin 2022, le Bureau Régional Afrique Francophone via le Congrès des Agents Publics Parapublics et Privés de l’État (CAPPE) dont le Président Emmanuel MVE MBA, par ailleurs Vice-Président de l’Union Internationale des Services Publics et Assimilés, Afrique francophone (UISPUBLICS), était en visioconférence avec l’UISPUBLICS.
Cette conférence avait pour objectifs, de préparer et planifier le prochain Congrès qui aura lieu en novembre 2023 d’une part, et définir les stratégies visant à trouver des solutions d’ordre financier pour soutenir ce Congrès d’autre part.
Lors de son intervention, Emmanuel MVE MBA le Vice-Président UISPUBLICS a tout d’abord présenté ses excuses pour son absence à la réunion qui s’était tenue en Italie car à cette même date, il se trouvait à N’Djamena au Tchad pour un dossier brûlant. Puis, il a brièvement présenté l’objectif de sa mission au Tchad, relativement avec le procès qui a opposé le CAPPE à la CEMAC et la COBAC.
Enfin, il a déploré l’absence de la correspondance promise par le Secrétariat Exécutif au Gouvernement gabonais. En conclusion, il a été décidé que le prochain Congrès se tiendrait au Pérou en novembre 2023. A cet effet, la présence physique de tous les Coordinateurs Régionaux est attendue.
Par ailleurs, deux réunions préparatoires ont été programmées, l’une pour février 2023 au Portugal et l’autre le 23 septembre de la même année en Inde. Concerne le prochain Congrès, il a été demandé à tous les membres de verser leurs cotisations pour soutenir son effectivité. Le Gabon par la voix d’Emmanuel MVE MBA, Coordinateur de l’Afrique Francophone, a rassuré que sa cotisation sera versée en septembre, en Inde.
