C’est Hugues Mbadinga Madiya qui a ouvert le bal en début d’après-midi au ministère du Budget et des Comptes Publics. Les 32 réformes du cadre des affaires contenues dans une feuille de route adoptées par le gouvernement gabonais étaient en pôle position dans les échanges. Les requêtes que j’ai faites à ma collègue du Budget vont dans le sens d’avoir les moyens nécessaires pour faire la promotion et la vulgarisation de ces projets à la fois ici au Gabon et à l’étranger. […] Une autre requête est la réforme du cadre des affaires parce que nous ne pouvons pas avoir une économie robuste si nous ne poursuivons pas avec les réformes entamées », a expliqué Hugues Mbadinga Madiya, le ministre de tutelle au sortir de son entretien.
En seconde heure, c’est Nicole Jeanine Lydie Roboty, épouse Mbou de l’économie et de la relance qui a fait son entrée, présentant elle aussi, ses urgences : « il s’agit d’un projet de digitalisation de la Direction Générale des impôts et plus largement, les services qui connectent les réseaux de l’État. Vous savez qu’aujourd’hui nous avons énormément de besoins, et nous avons voudrions mettre les outils nécessaires pour nos services, pour optimiser la récolte des impôts », a laissé entendre Jeanine Roboty, épouse Mbou.
Un autre challenge consistant à « amener la Direction générale des impôts vers l’informel. Donc nous avons à cœur de voir ouvert les centres d’information de proximité ; le centre de Mont-Bouet parce que nous avons là d’importantes transactions commerciales. Nous avons aussi un projet au niveau de la Direction Générale de la douane qui nécessite des financements pour son achèvement et l’implémentation de la Zone douanière du nord », a confié la patronne de l’Économie et de la relance.
La conférence budgétaire 2022 se poursuit jusqu’au jeudi prochain avec d’autres Chefs de départements.
