De l’idée en 2008 à la réalisation du premier prototype en 2011, Géraldine Ewomba, auteure de jeux de société a présenté le projet qu’elle porte avec passion et résilience pour l’épanouissement de la jeunesse gabonais et africaine. « Le jeu est le premier récit conté à nos enfants qui, font de nous des parents créatifs […] Ce projet vise à promouvoir des temps de qualité, accompagné de souvenirs inoubliables au sein des familles », a déclaré la talentueuse Géraldine Ewomba juste après sa présentation.
Bien plus que des jeux de société authentiques, Géraldine propose des gammes qui mettent en valeur les richesses, le patrimoine culturel du pays pour offrir des expériences de jeu enrichissantes pour tous les membres de la famille.
Le récit de Géraldine dont les yeux billaient pendant son exposé à l’Institut Français de Libreville a expliqué: « les enfants aiment jouer, un contenu présenté sous forme de jeu, captive leur attention et stimule leur mémoire. Que ce soit à travers des des puzzles géographiques, des jeux de cartes et mémoires, ou d’autres activités, ABUFAK vise à divertir, susciter éveil ainsi que leur curiosité ».
Face à un public ému, Géraldine Ewomba la créatrice des jeux ABUFAK a fortement été ovationné pour son action en faveur de l’épanouissement de la jeunesse et surtout, sa créativité et son originalité. Les œuvres de cette jeune gabonaise nées d’une idée originale sont passionnantes, et méritent de fédérer tous les gabonais et pourquoi, pas, tous les africains.
