En effet, 4 mois seulement après son arrivée à la tête du pays, Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema a su impulser une dynamique nouvelle à la tête des institutions et administrations du pays.
La réouverture des recrutements à la fonction publique, la mise en solde des milliers de postes budgétaires, la préférence nationale dans l’emploi et l’octroi des marchés publics, l’engagement pour l’amélioration des conditions d’apprentissage et des offres de soins de santé, les grands chantiers d’infrastructures routières et de bâtiments, sont autant d’actes qui valent aujourd’hui au Chef de l’État Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema d’incarner le Gabon nouveau et restauré.
Une nation dont le peuple est de nouveau fier et digne, où le peuple vit de nouveau dans la sérénité et l’espoir du Gabon meilleur.
