La deuxième édition du SAMEAU (Salon des métiers de l’audiovisuel et du numérique) célébrée sous le thème, « la transformation de l’audiovisuel par le numérique » a pris fin le samedi 24 septembre 2022 en présence de plusieurs personnalités notamment, des Ambassadeurs accrédités au Gabon, le Responsable de la francophonie, des Directeurs Généraux de quelques médias publics, et Responsables de la presse privée du pays, sans oublier des Chefs d’entreprises.
Après quelques prestations pour agrémenter la cérémonie, et une exposition restée constante tout au long de la formation, l’aspect officiel de la cérémonie de clôture a pris place avec une conférence-débat animée par Fernande Nzang, une journaliste de Gabon Télévision avec entre autres pour intervenants, Melchie Obiang, un Cinéaste et Réalisateur de renom, et Henri Joseph Koumba BIDIDI, le Directeur de l’Institut Philippe Maury de l’audiovisuel et du cinéma dont les échanges ont provoqué un tonnerre d’applaudissements.
Avant l’étape tant attendue, celle de la remise des parchemins, la présidente du comité d’organisation par ailleurs Directrice de Gab’Culture Events Jennifer de Mayombo est montée sur scène, après Bertrand Ebiaghe, le Directeur Général de Radio Gabon et quelques formateurs. Elle a tenu à remercier les sponsors et les autorités politiques gabonaises pour leur présence à la cérémonie d’ouverture du SAMEAU.
Compte tenu de enjeux liés aux métiers de la communication et du numérique dans un environnement évolutif et concurrentiel, Jennifer de Mayombo estime qu’il faut agir et vite: » ceci doit nous amener à prendre conscience du saut qualitatif que nous devons opérer pour que l’audiovisuel gabonais tant dans sa partie production que diffusion soit véritablement modernisée, j’ai envie de dire , numérisée », tout en reconnaissant, et faisant remarquer que « les besoins en formation de nos agents et jeunes sont énormes et dans ce sens, nous espérons que les ateliers auxquels les uns et les autres se sont inscrits auront contribué à éveiller davantage cette envie de formation tout autant qu’ils auront apporté de la lumière autour de ces métiers de la communication et du cinéma », a t-elle ajouté.
A la fin de l’heure, place à la remise de certificats, et quelle aura été la joie des récipiendaires de tenir leur sésame ! Les participants ont émis le vœu de voir cette initiative se pérenniser et pourquoi pas, devenir semestrielle voir trimestrielle.
