Ce lundi 14 novembre, toutes les salles affichaient complet, preuve que ces journées portes-ouvertes arrivent à point nommé. L’essentiel des questions portaient sur les informations relatives aux deux catégories de formation: et donc, » la formation initiale s’adresse uniquement […] à nos jeunes qui on t le BAC et qui veulent faire dans les métiers paramédicaux et les métiers du travail social. Il y’ a un concours organisé par la fonction publique et s’ils sont admis à l’issue du concours, ils vont intégrer l’INFASS, ils sont boursiers et à la fin de leurs formation qui dure trois ans, ils obtiennent une licence professionnelle, ils seront recrutés par la Fonction Publique », a expliqué Caroline Mimboui Nguema, le Directeur Général de l’INFAS.
Évoquant la seconde option, » la formation continue est un plus élargie dans la mesure où elle concerne les agents de l’État également, et l’État a mis comme principe pour y accéder, un concours qui permet aux agents publics de se perfectionner dans leurs différents métiers et lorsqu’ils passent le concours, ils sont reclassés: donc ce concours est la condition pour accéder au perfectionnement des agents publics. La formation continue s’adresse également à tous les secteurs (privé, parapublic) et c’est via les conventions et les partenariats que les entreprises envoient leur personnels se former », a précisé le Directeur Général de l’INFASS.
