L’histoire raconte que la journée internationale des travailleurs célébrée le 1er mai de chaque année, est née à la suite des combats pour des journées de 8 heures menés par les ouvriers. C’est donc pour magnifier les victoires des travailleurs que cette journée leur a été offerte et cette année encore, le CAPPE (Congrès des Agents Publics, Parapublics et Privés de l’État) d’Emmanuel Mve Mba n’est pas resté en marge de la célébration.
La Fédération Syndicale Mondiale (FSM) avec ses 105 millions de travailleurs à travers le monde a pour l’occasion, fait une allocution reprise au siège du CAPPE dans laquelle, elle s’engageait principalement à défendre les intérêts de la classe ouvrière: « nous intensifions nos actions communes dans tous les secteurs, dans tous les pays, sur tous les continents, pour l’émancipation de la classe ouvrière pour satisfaire nos propres intérêts et besoins de classe, contre les causes profondes de pauvreté, de la misère, […] pour construire une société juste centrée sur l’Être humain », a t-on pu suivre de la lecture faite par Sanausie Angue, la Secrétaire Particulière du Vice Président de l’UIS-Public Afrique Francophone.
Si pour des raisons de calendrier le Président-Fondateur du CAPPE en la personne d’Emmanuel Mve Mba était physiquement absent, le comité d’organisation a su mettre les petits plats dans les grands pour la réussite de cet évènement sous l’intérim d’Edwige Zang Ndong qui a représenté le président Emmanuel Mve Mba.
Chemin faisant, Edwige Zang Ndong a fait étalage des batailles gagnées par le CAPPE ces derniers temps: » le CAPPE s’est engagé à défendre trois principaux dossiers notamment, le Dossier BR-Sarl […]; le CAPPE a défendu le dossier de Bikélé-rail à travers une saisine au gouvernement qui a abouti à la mise en place d’une commission bipartite […] et le CAPPE vient de gagner cette bataille […] ; le dossier d’Ayeme-Maritime continu dans son examen malgré quelques perturbations des politiques », a t-elle rappelé.
Et pour joindre l’utile à l’agréable, avant de partager le repas entre « Cappistes », des moments de détente et un brin d’humour de Neuilly Ngoma la Chargée en Communication du CAPPE qui a réussi à mettre de l’ambiance, enchainant des pas de dance qui ont invité toute l’assemblée sur la piste. Le 1er mai 2023 au CAPPE; la fête fût belle.
