C’est un renforcement des capacités initié chaque année par la SETRAG, pour donner des rudiments nécessaires à ses agents responsables de la sécurité. Une formation qui dure deux semaines réparties en deux phases.
La Première concerne les coordinations d’exploitation 1 et 2 respectivement représentées par Owendo et Ndjolé, et les coordinations d’exploitation 3 et 4 dans les villes de Boué et Franceville, dont les travaux se déroulent depuis le lundi 20 novembre 2023 au centre de formation et de perfectionnement de Franceville (CFPF) de la SETRAG.
Parmi les modules de formation retenus cette année, la composition des trains ; les essaies de frein ; le dérangement des installations de sécurité ; les travaux de voie ; l’auto-contrôle et les techniques de communication.
Et selon l’Inspecteur Alain Diba, le Chef de gare à Franceville, « les modules de formations sont faits en fonction des incidents récurrents enregistrés sur la voie au niveau des Chefs de sécurité, l’objectif étant de les sensibiliser pour qu’ils aient la bonne pratique ».
Rappelons que les Chefs de gares travaillent de concert avec les 17 Chefs de Sécurité qui après leur formation, donneront le meilleur d’eux-mêmes pour la sécurité du domaine ferroviaire.
