Les ligues faisant partie des grands électeurs, il est plus qu’urgent qu’elles se conforment et pour les y aider, une dérogation spéciale a été accordée à deux ligues que sont celles du Haut-Ogooué et l’Ogooué Maritime pour tenir leur assemblée générale élective jusqu’au 7 novembre prochain sans quoi, elles ne seraient pas considérées pendant le scrutin, affirmera le président de la FEGABAB, Léopold EVAH qui ne sera pas candidat, à sa propre succession.
