Maintenant, ce bureau doit rendre son tablier après quatre années passées à la tête de la ligue de basket-ball de l’estuaire. Dorland BONANGO doit passer le témoin, non sans présenter les innovations que son équipe a apporté à la ligue : « on a changé la charte graphique, nous avons redonné confiance aux pratiquants. J’ai pris la suite d’une ligue qui ne jouait pas plus de trois matchs par saison. L’autre apport c’est le réseau des partenaires, on a des partenaires qui nous contactent pour accompagner la ligue ». Cette liste n’est pas exhaustive, d’où ce bilan satisfaisant : « je pense que le bilan est satisfaisant, il y’a plein de choses que l’on a pu faire et d’autres que nous n’avons pas pu. Ma satisfaction c’est quand mes clubs affiliés sont satisfaits, et ils sont satisfaits des quatre années que j’ai passées à la tête de la ligue ; donc je pars de là, avec un sentiment de satisfaction », a-t-il ajouté avant de passer à l’élection tant attendue.
