Détenant la palme d’or dans le transport international des colis, le directoire de DHL Global Forwarding Gabon, a tenu à magnifier ses employés qui ont relevé ce défi : « Tout ce travail remarquable n’a pu être fait qu’avec des employés compétents, motivés : c’est donc pour cela que nous avons choisi de célébrer les employés de DHL Global Forwarding Gabon », s’est réjouit Alassane MARE, le Directeur régional de ladite structure.
Une marque d’attention qui n’a pas laissé insensible les concernés notamment, Maryska Carrelle Akoure, la « Business Project Manager » de l’entreprise, qui a dit toute sa reconnaissance à l’endroit de sa hiérarchie ; « nous nous réjouissons de cette fête de travail qui nous donne l’opportunité de communier ensemble, et de faire davantage connaissance, car nous n’avons pas souvent l’occasion de le faire ».
Plus qu’une fête du travail, cette célébration du 12 juin 2021 à l’hôtel Hibiscus de Louis, revêtait un caractère particulier pour le premier Responsable de DHL Global Forwarding Gabon pour qui : « il n’y a pas un jour spécifique pour célébrer les employés, donc ce n’est pas une fête en différée car c’est une suite d’évènements. On a commencé par célébrer la semaine de la diversification culturelle où tous les employés, toutes ethnies confondues ont montré leurs diversités culturelles, ensuite on est passé par un challenge où on a fait de la marche, avec une excursion au Cap, avec tout le personnel. Et là, c’est la dernière étape : tous les employés sont présents, et on fait la fête », a précisé Alassane MARE.
La présence des griots et danseurs traditionnels ont davantage agrémenté ces moments, dans le respect des mesures barrières contre la Covid19.
