Tel a été en partie, le fondement des travaux entrepris par le jeune Leader Hercule Nze Souala en organisant la deuxième édition des grandes assises de la jeunesse gabonaise sous le thème, » l’apport de la jeunesse dans le processus d’accélération et de transformation du Gabon ».
Pari gagné pour Hercule Nze Souala dont le management a réussi à mobiliser plusieurs centaines de jeunes. Il était donc temps de présenter les enjeux de cette organisation: « la jeunesse plurielle du Gabon s’est mobilisée afin de débattre et proposer des solutions concrètes aux difficultés qui sont les siennes. il faut retenir que nous avons eu des panels, des commissions avec des experts qui sont venus exposer sur un grand nombre de questions », a expliqué l’initiateur du projet.
Pour le Président de WABOUNA, « ces questions sont indispensables pour parvenir au développement de notre pays, parce que la jeunesse gabonaise veut s’impliquer, elle veut participer mais surtout elle veut proposer activement des concepts, des projets et surtout des programmes qui vont amener les autres jeunes à comprendre les opportunités qu’il y’ a dans notre pays », a t-il poursuivi.
Sur 9 panels partant entre autres sur l’entrepreneuriat et employabilité; la sécurité publique; numérique et communication digitale; la santé; l’environnement et le tourisme; le sport, culture et art; politique et association, celui sur l’éducation et la formation professionnelle animé par Stive Mapaga Mapaga, Jean Fidèle Koumba et Léa Park a particulièrement captivé l’auditoire.
Le choix de ces thématique n’est pas fortuit aux dires de Léonnel Nze Biyoghe, le Président du comité d’organisation: « l’éducation et la formation professionnelle; l’entrepreneuriat et employabilité, ainsi que la sécurité publique parce que nous estimons que ce sont les jeunes qui se comportent souvent assez mal pendant les élections comme celles qui arrivent dans dix mois. Donc c’est l’occasion pour nous aussi de les réunir et les sensibiliser en leur disant qu’il ne s’agit pas d’aller sur la route quelque soit leur choix, parce que ce qui est sur la route est notre patrimoine, ce sont nos édifices et si nous les détruisons, nous serons les seuls à en pâtir », a t-il rapporté.
Rappelons qu’à l’issue de ces travaux, un rapport sera déposé auprès des pouvoirs publics: une bien belle manière pour Hercule Nze Souala et les siens, de soutenir l’action du Chef de l’État par la promotion de la jeunesse .
