Après moult tentatives et autres démarches visant la prise en compte de leur cahier de charges, les membres du SYNA-IST affilié au G.R.A.L.S.E.N.S (Groupe de réflexion et d’action des leaders des syndicats soudés de l’éducation nationale et de l’enseignement supérieur) sont passés à la vitesse supérieure ce 8 novembre, en déclenchant un mouvement de grève au sein de l’institution, épiés par un contingent d’agents des forces de police nationale.
Dans leurs cahier de charges, des points de revendications jugés légitimes notamment: le paiement total des primes de rendement; le paiement des perdiemes suite à la remise de diplômes et soutenances; l’amélioration des conditions de travail; le règlement des cotisations CNSS et CNAMGS; la régularisation des situations administratives des agents et des salaires toujours en retard comme on peut le lire sur cette affiche.
Des revendication sur lesquelles est revenu Herman Bapeley Binganga, Porte-parole des grévistes: « depuis trois ans, nous vivons la même chose: ce qui nous pousse à réagir au constat fait. Depuis trois ans, nous avons perçu une seule prime de rendement, nous avons lancé un mouvement de grève, et au mois de mars, il a été suspendu à la suite d’un protocole d’accord qui jusqu’à nos jours n’a jamais été respecté, or la DG nous avait rassuré qu’au mois d’aout ou septembre au plus tard, nous aurons la prime de rendement. Malheureusement, malgré les correspondances adressées, rien n’a changé ».
Discours soutenu par Myrdal Lessaguy, Technicien d’Informatique à l’IST: » nous sommes surpris d’entendre lors du rapport financier de madame la DG, que le matériel informatique a été acheté à hauteur de 6 millions et plus. Nous nous demandons où sont passés ces ordinateurs parce que nous ne les avons jamais vu; donc qu’on nous dise où est passé l’argent de l’IST », a t-il martelé d’un air furieux.
Face à ces manquements et le mutisme de la Directrice Générale de l’IST, les étudiants ont eux aussi emboité le pas au SYNA-IST, menaçant de rentrer en grève le 15 novembre prochain comme le témoigne ce préavis de grève signé le 4 du mois en cours: (Confère document ci-dessous).
La situation pourrait ainsi rester tendue si la hiérarchie ne se ravise pas.
