Le BDP et l’UDIS fusionnent pour faire corps ensemble. C’est sans détour que l’ancien numéro un du le Bloc Démocratique Populaire l’a fait savoir au public en ces termes: « ce matin consacre notre fusion et adhésion à l’UDIS l’Union pour la Démocratie et l’Insertion Sociale. Adhésion qui se matérialisera de façon formelle dans les tous prochains jours par notre prise de carte de militants de l’UDIS », a déclaré de manière solennelle, Paskhal Nkoulou, le nouveau cadre de l’UDIS.
A entendre Paskhal Nkoulou l’ex Président-Leader du BDP, son ancien parti et l’Union pour la Démocratie et l’Insertion Sociale (UDIS) d’Hervé Patrick Opiangha ont toujours milité pour les mêmes causes, tout en ayant les mêmes idéaux au sein de leur obédiences politiques. Les raisons de son ralliement ont donc un fondement en cette période précise.
N’étant pas de nature à vaciller, c’est donc sans détours qu’il a affirmé: » c’est un leader qui a la particularité de faire grandir ceux qui l’entourent […] A ces qualités personnelles, s’ajoute le fait que nous partageons les mêmes valeurs et un attachement profond au Gabon », a martelé Paskhal Nkoulou dont la détermination est flagrante. Désormais, les membres du BDP sont soumis aux exigences des textes de l’UDIS en tant que militants à part entière.
L’UDIS qui est un soutien du Chef de l’État depuis 2009 vient ainsi de souffler un courant rénovateur sur la sphère politique au Gabon comme pour dire, l’heure des grandes combinaisons a sonné.
