Qu’est-ce qui pourrait justifier l’absence des bulletins de vote du candidat Ali Bongo Ondimba dans plusieurs bureaux de vote de la ville de Moanda ce 26 aout 2023? en guise de réponse, le Centre Gabonais des Élections aurait été confronté à des problèmes logistiques majeurs, entraînant l’absence de bulletins de vote pour plusieurs candidats dans certains bureaux de vote.
Des mesures urgentes pour réparer ce préjudice devraient être prises par les services compétents en vue de garantir une représentation appropriée de tous les candidats sur les bulletins de vote et dans chaque bureau de vote. Chose curieuse, l’on a toujours argué que le Haut-Ogooué est le bastion du parti au pouvoir. Mais comment comprendre l’insuffisance ou même l’absence des bulletins de vote du candidat PDG?
