Le collectif des employés de PIZOLUB SA a fait une sortie le 31 mai dernier pour interpeller le Chef de l’Etat, sur la menace sévère qui pèse sur les agents de cette entreprise. En effet, 112 parmi eux sont menacés de licenciement par la hiérarchie restée aphone jusqu’à présent, face à la détresse de ces derniers.
Le climat, toujours délétère à la Société PIZO de formulation de lubrifiant. Le personnel qui broie du noir depuis longtemps, accusant 7 mois de salaire impayés, est en plus menacé de licenciement collectif par Jean Marie Nkombe Wora et Michael Robert Aworet, respectivement Directeur Général et Directeur Administratif et Financier, aux dires du porte-parole du personnel.
La gestion jugée approximative de l’équipe dirigeante par les « victimes », et les multiples dérives constatées malgré les interpellations de Placide Obame Assoumou alors Chef de Service Communication, constitueraient le nœud du Problème, alors que la hiérarchie évoque des raisons purement économiques.
C’est donc 112 employés de PIZOLUB SA qui sont sur le viseur du directoire, celui-là même qui aurait eu la bénédiction du Président du Conseil d’Administration Fabien Ombouma selon le collectif des employés : « la direction Générale a tenu à informer l’ensemble des employés par le truchement de l’ONEP, du licenciement de 112 employés sur les 153 qui composent l’effectif de PIZOLUB ».
Toutes les tentatives de conciliation ayant échoués, la seule alternative est de solliciter l’arbitrage du Chef de l’Etat Ali Bongo Ondimba : « aujourd’hui encore, le collectif des employés de PIZOBUB monte au créneau et se tourne particulièrement vers le Président de la République » dontl’intervention reste fortement attendue.
