Emmanuel Nzue président de la Confédération générale des petites et moyennes entreprises et industries (CGPMEI) lors d’une interview accordée à notre confrère 7joursinfo.com, a dit sa déception face au traitement qui lui est infligé depuis le début des auditions de quelques agents du centre d’édition et de délivrance des documents de transport à la DGR.
Tout a commencé la semaine écoulée à la direction générale des recherches(DGR), avec le lancement des auditions d’un groupuscule d’agents du centre d’édition et de délivrance des documents de transports (CNEDDT). L’attitude manifestée par les syndicats les personnels de l’administration des transports à l’égard d’Emmanuel Nzue, président de la confédération générale des petites et moyennes entreprises et industries (CGPMEI), serait des plus déplaisantes depuis lors.
Le dossier lié à l’établissement des faux documents de transport aurait été exhumé, provoquant chez certains, des frissons : « J’ai entendu dire que le président Wilfried Essingone sollicite du ministre des transports les assurances que les agents du département veulent travailler dans la quiétude et à l’abri des arrestations arbitraires. Monsieur Wilfried Essingone en sa qualité de représentant des agents publics de l’état Gabonais devrait être bien conscient que dans cette affaire, il ne s’agit pas de tous les agents du département, mais comme lui-même l’a déclaré, ce sont cinq agents du CNEDDT qui font l’objet d’auditions à la DGR. Donc, il s’agit de personnes bien ciblées à qui les forces de l’ordre reprocheraient peut-être, des actes hors la loi », a déclaré d’Emmanuel Nzue.
Lasse de tout cet imbroglio, le président de la Confédération générale des petites et moyennes entreprises et industries s’est voulu intransigeant « C’est donc, pour moi l’occasion de rappeler au camarade Wilfried Essingone, que Brice Paillat est le ministre des transports de la république Gabonaise, nommé par le Chef de l’état. C’est également ce même Chef de l’Etat qui s’est engagé dans une lutte acharnée contre la corruption active ou passive dans laquelle les agents publics comme ceux du CNEDDT semblent être visés en première ligne », a rappelé Emmanuel Zué.
Selon ce dernier, la tutelle avait elle-même avait exigé à l’issue des travaux d’août 2020, l’ouverture d’une enquête, en vue de rétablir la vérité, et les procès verbaux de ces rencontres faisant foi. « Il est clairement stipulé que les participants à ces travaux conviennent de la nécessité d’œuvrer à ” l’ouverture d’une enquête judiciaire sur les malversations liées aux faux documents et actes des transports”. Ce procès-verbal à été signé et paraphé par la direction générale des transports terrestres (DGTT), le syndicat national des directions générales des transports terrestres (SYNADGTT), le centre national d’édition et de délivrance des documents de transports (CNEDDT), la confédération générale des petites et moyennes entreprises et industries (CGPMEI), les sociétés Gabon Autosur et Autobilan Agréé. Je transmettrai ces procès-verbaux aux enquêteurs de la DGR et au parquet de la république ».
