Le présidium de la FEGAFOOT a convoqué une réunion d’informations avec la communauté du football national sur l’aide de la Covid-19 promise par le Président de la FIFA il y’a quelques mois. Cet argent étant arrivé ce mois d’Août à la Fédération Gabonaise de Football, Pierre Alain MOUNGUENGUI et ses hommes ont trouvé utile de communiquer sur les modalités de paiement aux différentes catégories de bénéficiaires ainsi que les montants alloués.
La Fédération Gabonaise de Football a vu des vertes et des pas mûres ces derniers temps au sujet de l’aide Covid-19 décidée par le Président de la FIFA au mois de mars dernier. Le temps passant, les spéculations ont vite fait de commencer criant au détournement de cet argent qui pourtant n’était pas encore arrivé dans les caisses de la FEGAFOOT. Ce n’est donc que le 19 août que les caisses de cette fédération ont été approvisionnées d’un montant de 269 220 228 FCFA (deux cent soixante-neuf millions, deux cent vingt milles deux cent vint-huit francs). L’urgence de la tenue de cette réunion peut donc se justifier, à en juger par la substance présentée par Pierre Alain MOUNGUENGUI le président de la FEGAFOOT : « nous avons dans un premier temps décliné le règlement édicté par la FIFA au sujet de la Covid-19, les modalités de réception, les modalités de distribution ; les justificatifs de comment est utilisé cet argent et en même temps, fixé les modalités de versement de ces fonds. Nous avons dit aux bénéficiaires qu’ils devraient à la fin, justifier les fonds reçus, car la FIFA nous demande de justifier cette première tranche pour bénéficier de la seconde », qui sera reversée en janvier 2021 à ceux qui auront respecté les principes.
Cette aide d’urgence prévue en deux tranches, prendra en compte, les joueurs ; les encadreurs techniques ; les officiels etc. la répartition de cette manne n’aura donc pas été facile selon le numéro un de la FEGAFOOT, «La première chose qui n’était pas facile était de recenser les bénéficiaires ensuite, faire les découpages nécessaires par rapport à l’importance de certaines associations et par rapport aux montants reçus, tout en permettant à chaque acteur de rentrer dans ses fonds.»
Chaque joueur aura une aide Covid-19 de 50 000 francs CFA, plus 137 100 francs pour la réduction de la dette des clubs (pour les concernés), ce qui fera un montant total de 187 100 par joueur. Les équipes de D1 et D2 qui totalisent 720 joueurs percevront un montant global de 164 712 000 FCA ; la LINAF 1 000 000 FCFA ; le Championnat national féminin avec ses 17 clubs coûtera 2 250 000 CFA par club ; et enfin le championnat national D3 et ses 18 clubs, 40 500 000 FCFA. Aucun acteur du national foot ne percevra son dû de mains en mains car, « Le mode de perception consiste à décliner ses coordonnées bancaires et la fédération fera les virements à partir de demain (26/08/20) pour ceux qui ont déjà leurs coordonnées bancaires au niveau de la fédération ; je pense aux clubs de première et deuxième division ; ceux de première division féminine ; aux clubs de la D3 et les ligues provinciales. Les autres groupements sportifs qui n’ont pas encore déposé leurs coordonnées bancaires attendront la semaine prochaine ».
Voilà qui est venu mettre un terme à toutes sortes d’interprétations, et redonner du tonus aux acteurs du ballon rond, version vert jaune bleu.
